A low pedestal, variant of model “Ducharne”, in veneered and solid rosewood. The circular top encircled with a rounded trim, is veneered with radiating rosewood. The top rests on a hexagonal shaft, out of which jut three curved legs that get thinner down to the gilt bronze ferrules.

A table in burr birch from Norway, at the front of the entablature is a drawer veneered inside with in Macassar ebony and with an ivory ball finial, the entablature is highlighted with a frieze of inlaid rosewood blocks. It rests on three sabre-shaped, square-section legs veneered with Macassar ebony at the ground level. Bears the hot iron signature stamp and dated 1914. Bears two ancient labels.
